What counts as an "active tracker"?
A tracker is counted as active if it has sent at least one ping in the current 30-day billing period. Trackers that haven't reported any location in 30 days are not counted toward your bill.
When am I billed?
Billing is metered and reported monthly via Stripe. At the end of each billing cycle, we report your active tracker count and Stripe generates the invoice. You only pay for what you actually used — no flat subscription.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time through the billing portal on your Account page. There are no contracts or lock-in periods. Your data remains accessible until the end of the billing period.
What devices are supported?
MapAnything supports any device that can make an HTTP request. Native endpoints are provided for OsmAnd, GpsLogger, and Traccar clients. You can also use the REST API directly from any custom IoT device, microcontroller (ESP32, Arduino), or script. Devices authenticate using your tenant write key or per-tracker API keys.
Can I use it for free forever?
Yes. The free plan supports up to 5 active trackers with no time limit and no credit card required. It includes the full feature set — live map, geofencing, trips, and exports.
Do you offer volume or enterprise pricing?
For workloads exceeding 10,000 active trackers, custom annual contracts with dedicated support, custom SLAs, and on-premises options are available. Contact sales to discuss your requirements.
